I recently picked up the Hamra professional pants, they really are well made, great wool fabric look like they will be awesome for cold weather activities in Canada from hunting to sailing.
Only issue I found is SIZING!!
Make sure you measure yourself and send them the numbers!
I did the chart conversion from my normal size 38’s pants and they were not even close.
Ivan at Micklagaard has been a great help getting me sorted.
Shipping back to Sweden is crazy expensive….. I think worth it as they are miles beyond my old German wool army pants and wool pants from “that company” based out of Seattle.

Can’t wait to receive my proper size!

Measure Measure Measure!

I just received my MTM Hamra Professional Pants today! Wonderful pants, great workmanship! I can't wait for Hunting season to put them through their paces.
I would have given 5 stars but they fit on the "skinny" side. I use to be a body builder with large glutes and quads (35 years ago), and find them somewhat snug and puts stress on seams whilst squatting! I hope the seams will hold! If you lift weights, have an athletic build (large quads/glutes), please order accordingly as they are a regular/slim fit!

I ordered a custom fit pair of pants and they basically arrived overseas a few weeks later. Amazing turn around, really great staff to deal with and the pants are incredible. Really great quality and super warm. Felt like I was putting on a cosy blanket as I tried them on.

Without question the greatest outdoor wool pant in the marketplace. Writing this review from remote northern Canada. The moment these pants are put on you know you have donned the Rolls Royce of wool trousers. The fit and finish is extraordinary with no details left to chance. These trousers were tested in nearly every domain since owning, bush walks (deadly silent for hunting), working etc, an all around utilitarian pant that breathes and will endure for many, many years. The way the pants fit are remarkable and have garnered a lot of attention by friends and colleagues. Customer service walks you meticulously through the purchase process to size correctly and offer custom options. Will be purchasing the shorts and knickers in the coming weeks ahead. They really do have to be seen and worn to be appreciated!!!!! The governments in cold weather countries should make these standard issue for their populations! Once in a lifetime product.

These are honestly the best pants I have ever put on.

The inside of them has some form of soft lining. The wool itself is… I don’t know how to describe it exactly it’s got a silky quality?

They seem incredibly durable. Can’t wait to go camping next week in the snow to really try them out
